Use of our partner Class 4 Kids booking system to register for or attend classes.

What type of information is collected from you by us?
While using our Website, we may ask you to provide us with data that can be used to contact or identify you. All personal data given to us are held safely and securely and only used for the purpose it is provided for. It enables us to run the a2prosoccer efficiently, and safely. Data may include, but are not limited to:
Parent/ Guardian (s) first and last name, full address, email address & phone number.
Participants first and last name, full address, date of birth & school address (if 16 or under16 years of age). Over 18s will also require an email address & phone number.
Participants basic medical information.
Your IP (Internet Protocol address) address, browser type and version, information regarding what pages are accessed and when, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Any permissions or consents that you give us
Your card information, for the purpose of any purchases or bookings on our website is collected securely by our specialist third party online payment processors. It is not held by us.
Your information will never be given to a third party such as a league or an FA and is only used for a2prosoccer. We will never pass on your information to third party without your written permission.
Where we hire new staff, that will be working with children, they will be required, by law, to undertake a CRC Check and take training courses such as First Aid, Safeguarding Children and Coaching qualifications at the appropriate time. We will collect personal information in order to process these checks and courses and to fulfil our obligations.

Your data will be removed from our system and the Class4kids booking system, 12 months after you stop attending any of our classes (unless further bookings are made with us during that period). If payments are outstanding then your data will remain on our system until 12 months after full payment is made.
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to
comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Usage Data is retained for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
If you have opted in to receive communications from us your data will remain on our system until you notify us to opt out.
If you have opened an account on our online shop, your personal information will remain on our systems, unless you close your account.
Financial information (membership fee payments) may be kept for up to 7 years for the purposes of HMRC.

We do receive data from Class4Kids who process our membership and class bookings and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure. When you click on links on our site, they may direct you away from our site. We have no control over such websites and are not responsible for their content.
