We give you some movement tests and determine your current functional ability to highlight any areas of stress within your body structure. Our next step is to help remove the stress, through corrective exercise, to try and restore alignment to free your body for efficient movement.
Our corrective exercise is tailored for you- to improve freedom of movement and performance. Correct alignment and efficient movement is the critical step in preventing future injuries and improving fitness. This forms the foundation for an individualised programme of conditioning and performance enhancement.
